2. Products and Services
2.1 C.R.E.W Basic
C.R.E.W Basic is a one-time sustainability assessment tool that provides users with a tailored sustainability report and practical recommendations for improving their environmental impact. The purchase includes 12 months of access to the assessment tool. Users can renew their access annually at a discounted rate to continue using the tool and accessing updated features.
Pricing: A one-time fee of £79 for 12 months of access.
Renewal: After 12 months, users can renew their access for an annual fee.

2.2 C.R.E.W Plus
C.R.E.W Plus is an advanced version of the assessment tool that includes ongoing support, additional assessment categories, and progress tracking.

- Access to free quarterly consultations.
- Advanced reports with tailored recommendations.

3. User Obligations
By using our Products, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when using the Assessment Tool.
- Use the Products for lawful purposes only.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Products.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account details and not share login credentials.

4. Payment and Subscription
Payment: Users are required to make payments in accordance with the pricing and payment terms specified for each Product.
Subscription Plans: Subscription-based Products (C.R.E.W Plus and Green Office Toolkit) will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
C.R.E.W Basic Access and Renewal: Users purchasing C.R.E.W Basic will have access to the tool for 12 months. After this period, they can renew their access annually for a discounted rate. Failure to renew will result in the suspension of access to the tool.
Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Refund Policy
Given the digital nature of our Products, The Carbon Crew Ltd. operates a no-refund policy once access to any Product has been granted. Users acknowledge that upon purchase, they receive immediate access to valuable digital content, which cannot be returned.
However, if The Carbon Crew Ltd. terminates a subscription for reasons other than a User’s breach of these Terms, a pro-rata refund may be issued for any unused portion of a prepaid subscription.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, templates, and reports provided by The Carbon Crew Ltd. are the intellectual property of The Carbon Crew Ltd. and are protected by copyright laws.
